“Thursday was a VERY special and emotional day for myself and my family. We were renting from a slumlord who refused to fix mold and a leaking roof issue and when it was brought to code enforcement we were told the place shouldn't even exist. Long story short, said slumlord then started going through with an eviction, we thought we had a place to go but it was rented from under us, and the other plans we had as backup fell through making us homeless since October 31st, 2019 and which also made me lose my work from home job with Amazon. Since then we have been bouncing campground to campground tenting, the 3 of us and 2 dogs. The occasional hotel stay until we could get another camp site. I spoke to multiple realtors and lenders who all said it wasn't going to be possible for us to get a home... Then I met Ketan Patel with Century 21, he had my back and Essentially said where there was a will there was a way and he fought along side me pushing me through when I was ready to give up. We also went through multiple lenders who said it could not be done until he refered me to Mihir Patel with Nexa Mortgage who has just as much fight in him as we did. All of us teamed up and with countless hours of emailing, phone calls, paperwork, fixing potential issues with credit etc, these two made this dream come to a reality!!!! There are absolutely no words that can describe how truly blessed and thankfully we were to have these two teaming up with us. If ANYBODY is looking to buy, sell, rent, refinance ANYTHING. I seriously highly recommend Ketal Patel from Century 21 Orlando (yes Orlando but he was going 2 hours to help me find a place) or Mihir Patel loan officer for NEXA Mortgage!!
